Pink City International Short Film Festival(TM)
to be held from 16th to 30th August, 2016.
The beautiful and glorified city of Jaipiur is also popularly known as, the Pink city. Pink in color and pink in effervescence, the city of Jaipur is one of most beautiful and charismatic cities of India. Apart from being the capital of Rajasthan, Pink City or Jaipur is also the largest city of the state of Rajasthan. It was founded in the 18th century by the great warrior and astronomer Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The culture, architecture, traditions, art, jewelry and textiles of Jaipur have always charmed the travelers. It is a city that still holds on to its ancestral roots and traditional values, even after modernization. It has some grandiose forts (Garhs), havelis, palaces and beautiful temples in it and on the hills surrounding it. Some of them are:-
